The team at California Leadership Academy is bringing back the Spring “Introduction to Leadership” Workshops. These workshops are two and a half hours of leadership training for aspiring band and colorguard leaders. These workshops are designed to introduce the concepts of leadership by example, the personal price of leadership, the qualities of an effective leader, and how to develop and maintain a positive attitude.

Then get ready to experience a 2.5 hour Introduction to Leadership Session. ALSO: Get ready to experience the Summer Leadership Training Seminar at the California Leadership Academy! These 3-day summer camps are a more in-depth experience preparing you for the year ahead. Bring your entire student leadership team for a complete team building experience that will get you on task for the start of the year.
