These workshops are designed to introduce prospective student leaders to the concepts of leadership by example, the personal price of leadership, the qualities of an effective leader, and how to maintain a positive attitude.
This workshop will effectively “lay it on the line” in a way that really connects with your students. The staff at CLA has been leading these popular workshops for the past eighteen years. Directors of the most outstanding band programs throughout the southern California area have entrusted the California Leadership Academy team to introduce their leadership candidates to the foundations of effective leadership.
