The team at California Leadership Academy is bringing back the Spring “Introduction to Leadership” Workshops. These workshops are two and a half hours of leadership training for aspiring band and colorguard leaders. These workshops are designed to introduce the concepts of leadership by example, the personal price of leadership, the qualities of an effective leader, and how to develop and maintain a positive attitude.
2023 spring workshops will take place:

Saturday, April 22, 9:30am-12:00noon
Mt. Carmel High School, San Diego
Friday, April 28, 6:00-8:30pm
Santiago High School, Corona
Saturday, April 29, 9:30am-12:00noon

Then get ready to experience a day and a half of Leadership Training at a Summer Camp! These camps are a more in-depth experience preparing you for the year ahead. Bring your entire student leadership team for a complete team building experience that will get you on task for the start of the year.
